Yad Vashem, the Jewish museum of the Holocaust, has published a short video which chronicles the fate of thousands of Jews at Auschwitz. The video doesn’t take long to watch, and it doesn’t contain any gory photos of the unspeakable horrors which happened in that ungodly place. It is merely a page-by-page perusal of a photo album that inadvertently made its way out of Germany and into the Yad Vashem Museum. This photo album simply shares pictures of people, pictures of human beings who were treated as though they could easily be discarded from the earth. And so they were.
Take a few minutes to remember the victims of Auschwitz. Just look through this photo album filled with pictures of people.
