The Problem with Appeasement

This church in Texas thought it would be a good idea to accept homosexuals into the church without actually “affirming” homosexuality.  It sounded like a good idea at the time, you know, a kind of middle ground between affirming and condemning the behavior.  The problem occurred when the homosexuals decided they wanted their pictures in the church directory just like all the other members of the church.  Now, the deacons, pastor, and congregation are totally confused.  (I love Cedar Grove.)
